Our meat is reared slowly in a low stress environment, there is no growth hormone or medication in our feed. Our finished product is real food at a realistic price.

We rear our own pigs and sheep for both breeding and culinary purposes. Our flock of sheep comprises mainly of Mules and Texel cross ewe's with 2 Jacob's thrown in for good measure.

By using Texel and Suffolk Ram's we produce grass fed fat lambs with a decent conformation and carcass size.

We use a local slaughter house to kill and butcher our livestock thus keeping travel and stress on the animals to a bare minimum.

Half carcasses are available to order, we deliver locally.
